A fifteen-year-old youth has been judged to life incarceration with a base period of 16-year period for the homicide of fellow schoolmate the deceased during a lunch break.

In the court case, the accused testified he had not intended to cause death to the victim or cause him serious harm, asserting he could not recall what had occurred.
The state countered that he had "intended to demonstrate he was tough" and "understood exactly what he was doing".
"You served as the instigator and... you behaved in pain and anger at what you viewed to be his treachery of your bond," declared the court official during the judgment.

The educational institution issued a statement conveying that the pupil was "deeply mourned every daytime by the whole school community".
Police officials emphasized the tragic consequences of possessing blades, noting that a "instantaneous action" can forever alter multiple lives.
